The Alaska Educational Innovations Network (AEIN) grant from the US Department of Education will amount to approximately $10 million over the five years of its funding cycle. This multi-faceted grant serves the interests of the State of Alaska and the students and staff of the partner schools by providing the University of Alaska Anchorage and the network partners the opportunity to prepare and support high quality teachers and principals who can help ensure all students leave their public education experience with the requisite skills and knowledge to be successful.
